INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

If you are not a beginner fencer and you want to develop your style, to improve your fencing skills and qualities, we can help you. Our coaches are specialized in the different weapons and styles and with their own experience can increase your fencing training. We recommend you at least one lesson a week .If you compete- minimum 3-4 lessons in the week. For members of the club the individual lessons are free of charge but are organized in schedule. You are welcome in the bases of our club- quarter “Dianabad”,quarter "Geo Milev", quarter "Borovo" and quarter “Musagenitsa”.

ONE TIME (GROUP) PRACTICES:

 Everyone wants to learn to fence for a short time! We agree! We offer you a program for teaching that will introduce you the sport fencing and will help you to lead a fencing match for 3-4 hours only! This program can be realized in the conditions that our club offers as well as everywhere else. That would be the fastest tuition for anyone! The group must be between 8 and 10 people. We are going to secure fencing equipment and apparatuses for you. The necessary personal equipment at start of the lessons: comfortable sports shoes for hall and sports kit. If you are planning to keep practicing fencing, we are going to give you opportunities for buying your personal fencing equipment.

 CORPORATIVE FENCING

We can organize fencing practices for you and for the employees of your company. We have programs for everyone who wants to relieve themselves from the pressure and to come in succession with positive energy. We guarantee interesting and relaxing occasions in convenient for you time and place. The program includes:
1. Getting known with the sports weapons and demonstrations.
2. Tuition of fencing movements and stretching exercises.
3. Work with weapon- jobs, hits, defenses and attacking actions
4. Coordination exercises.
5. Getting known with the rules for leading a fencing match.
6. Competition-individual or team contest with an official final.
This program can be realized in, at least, two days (for example Saturday and Sunday), or for a longer period of time. The equipment and apparatuses would be ensured from the club. The group should be between 10 and 20 people.The price can be negotiated after discussion the details of the program and the organization.
